Borders, Culture, and Globalization, edited by Victor Konrad and Melissa Kelly, addresses this double-barrelled question by exploring the relationship between culture and borders. Border culture, the vessel of commitment between countries and their peoples, finds itself at the intersection and engagement of imagination, affinity, and identity, made plain wherever boundaries separate or sort people, their goods, and their ideas.
