About the author










Corbin¿s passion for food and family runs deep. Raised on a farm outside of Edmonton, Alberta, one of his earliest memories is the smell of baking bread in his grandmother¿s kitchen. With 30 years of culinary experience, Corbin has worked at some of the world¿s largest hotels and was the host of Food Networks shows such as Dinner Party Wars, Restaurant Takeover, and The Incredible Food Race. He is also an active member of the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks, an ambassador for KitchenAid, and volunteers for organizations including the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, and Osteoporosis Canada.
