About the author
HENRIK HORN ANDERSEN is one of the best facilitators in Denmark and the co-author of 
Facilitation: Create Results Through Involvement. He is an advisor for international companies and has extensive experience facilitating c-suite seminars, as well as training sessions and large-scale seminars. Henrik has a creative drive in his approach to facilitation, and always plays with new formats and ideas to support the purpose of the session. This makes him a front-runner in the field of facilitation. 
IBEN NELSON is a learning expert. She has been working heavily within the field of learning and facilitation, training internal consultants as well as clients.
