Organic synthesis has made so much progress during the past decades that it appears as a mature science, ready to face any synthetic problem, however difficult that problem may appear. Triazol derivatives are powerful sources of biologically active substances as potential drugs. Triazole is an important scaffold known to be associated with several biological activities such as antifungal activity, antibacterial activity. I this book we prepare 2-(5-aryl-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-ylamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-benzo[b]thiophene-3-carbonitrile and Preparation of6-alkyl-2-(5-phenyl-1H-[1,2,4]triazol-3-ylamino)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-thieno[2,3-c]pyridine-3-carbonitrile and evaluated by some spectroscopic and physic-chemical method and screen against microbiological methods. As a matter of fact, the synthesis of triazol clubbed compounds has been the arena where the skill of outstanding organic chemists has challenged.
