TiO2 is the most widely used TMO. Here in the present book we have discussed hydrothermal method for the synthesis of TiO2. It is a cleaner, greener and cost effective approach for the synthesis of TiO2 thin films. here in the present research we have synthesised 1D, 2D as well as 3D morphologies of TiO2 thin films. Further the optical, structural, compositional, morphological and photoelectrochemical properties are investigated.
