About the author
M.D. Ford se crió en una finca equina con una variedad de animales. Antes que pudiera montar a caballo, ella tenía que primero aprender cada aspecto, desde darles de comer, bañarlos hasta guiarlos. Ella tenía que hacer el trabajo preparatorio y aprender de cómo cuidar a un caballo antes que se le permitiera montar uno. Pero a M. D. Ford no se demoró mucho y comenzó a montar a los cinco años.
