Based on the results of the present study it could be concluded that; there was an effect of the protocol of care which carried out during the current study on PIH pregnant women outcomes which manifested by elevating the study group level of knowledge. Also, the level of Blood pressure and body mass index among study group women was controlled compared by the control group. Meanwhile, there was no statistically significant difference between study and control groups related proteinuria and degree of edema. Finally, there were obvious positive effects of the neonatal Apgar score. The above-mentioned findings supported the present study hypothesis.
