Music is therapy...When the author was younger, he was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder from one doctor. At age 18, he no longer met the criteria for the disorder according to another doctor. Over time Daniel has chosen to help out others with on the spectrum, as well as other people with various strengths and needs, through music, the universal language of emotion. This is a collection of journal writing he has done on all things music, including the bands he has performed with his music therapy grad school training and volunteer work, as well as other personal experiences along the way.
