Guo-Qiang Li is a Professor of Structural Engineering at the College of Civil Engineering in Tongji University, the director of the Research Centre of Education Ministry of China for Steel Construction and the director of the National Research Centre of China for Pre-fabrication Construction.Yan-Bo Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Structural Engineering in Tongji University.
