Android Innovative Software and Hardware Design is a medium for advancing Research , Education and Learning of varieties of subject areas. The adaptation of the Android Devices allows students to access Educational content , material and e-course ware anywhere and anytime without being limited to the physical classroom wall . The development of Media tools , E-Learning course ware on Android Smartphones became a breakthrough in classroom teaching and learning process with tremendous productivity, improvements, active engagement and interactive pedagogy . The use of Android Based Learning media is essential for Knowledge application in E-Learning styles in the 21st century technology evolution. However, the use of Android Based Instructional Assessments in teaching and learning in schools had made many students to be addicted to the Smart Phone itself. The purpose of this research paper is to examine the use of Android Operating System, Hardware , Apps as a learning medium that supports active learning in the 21st century digital space.
