Niflheim is the fourth book in the Yggdrasil Training Program. Here you will awaken your inner self, just as Buri, the first God and the perfect balance between the principles of male and female, was born. Buri gave birth to Borr, who married Bestla, a Giantess. From their union was born Odin, Vili and Ve, who are imperfect Gods. Like them you must struggle against your inner Chaos, Orlog. This will become apparent when you seek contact with your Fetch, and learn to increase your luck. On this level your lessons will become more difficult and your journey to become an Erulian will now take you through dark realms within your inner most psyche. If you succeed, you will be on your way to become the Perfected Human that is the Rune, Mannaz.

Vanaheim is book eight in the Yggdrasil Training Program. They are nine book altogether. Each book is named after one of the nine worlds that make up the Yggdrasil. Their order is Hel, Jotunheim, Svartalfheim, Niflheim, Midgard, Muspellheim, Ljossalfheim, Vanaheim, Asgard. You should begin with book one, Hel and work your way through all nine books in this order.
