This book is deliberated for undergraduate, graduate level students and researchers of Organic chemistry provide them detailed study and knowledge regarded synthesis of chromenopyrano-fused pyrazole derivatives by Domino Knoevenagel-hetero-Diels-Alder (DKHDA) reaction and their biological evaluation.This book contains literature information of previous work done on pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles, a novel synthetic way using TBA-HS under solvent free condition which is a greener approach to synthesize it, spectral analysis using NMR, DQF-COSY and NOESY, and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of all the synthesized compounds and their biological study to analyze their potency and application. I wish this book will work as a helpful future reference of DKHDA synthesis of chromenopyrano-fused pyrazole scaffolds and their biological applications for the students, researchers and chemists and assist them to set up new and more proficient route using DOMINO approach.

Dr. Balvantsingh Labana is working as an Assi. Prof.at Shrimad Rajchandra Vidyapeeth,Dharampur. He has earned his master and Doctorate degree from Department of Chemistry; Sardar Patel University, Gujarat. He has got Dr. M.D. Avsare Gold Medal and Dr. M.R. Patel Gold Medal in org. chemistry.During his research work he has got a fellowship from UGC.
