Now completely revised and updated, David Bryant's insightful book 'Our Forbidden Moon' has taken twenty years of meticulous planning and research to write. During meetings with over thirty astronauts and cosmonauts, including seven of the twelve alleged Moonwalkers, the author gradually became aware of a number of major inconsistencies in their recollections of the Apollo program. Furthermore, in occasional unguarded moments, several space travellers have revealed personal experiences of the UFO phenomenon and hinted at even more dramatic encounters. 'Our Forbidden Moon' examines these revelations and considers whether there might be a link between UFOs, extraterrestrial races and mankind's fifty-year failure to travel beyond low Earth orbit. The author uses knowledge gained during his forty years as a lecturer and respected authority on spaceflight and meteoritics to ask controversial questions and provide convincing solutions. Why have so many of the Apollo 'Moonrocks' gone missing? How is it that some have been conclusively shown to have originated on Earth? The author demonstrates that flaws in the photographic and video evidence, coupled with serious doubts about the origin of at least some of the rock and soil samples allegedly returned to Earth by the Apollo missions, bring into question NASA's accounts of manned spaceflight and our relationship with extraterrestrial civilizations.
