About the author
Lee Baucom has had a life-long interest in martial arts. As a teenager, he practiced Tae Kwan Do. After quite a pause, he returned to the martial arts after turning 50. He now practices Jiu Jitsu and is currently a blue belt. Lee participated in adventure races, paddleboards, trail runs, and teaches scuba diving. He is also the author of seven books on healthy relationships and thriving in life. He is a frequent speaker, hosts 3 podcasts, and is a life coach.
