This coaching handbook contains a complete set of frameworks, tips and techniques for coaching clients who are experiencing stress. They help you drive coaching conversations further, faster and deeper than you think possible - and empower your client to find effective, tailored ways forward.
Coaches often feel like imposters, as we specialise in guiding coversations rather than in knowing answers. Using relevant and insightful frameworks to manage conversations provides us with the expertise that our clients value. Both coach and client get powerful insights and the clarity of focus that provide the basis for you to explore strategies going forward.
The system and frameworks used have been drawn from the author's 40+ years' experience as a coach across 3 continents. Future publications will provide frameworks that you can use to guide coaching conversations in areas like leadership and communication.
