National Strategy and Effective Education Upgrading education in Greece, in line with the findings of the National Dialogue for Education Commission (2016) and the OECD positions, aims to reduce inequalities, democratic and financial autonomy of the school and enhanced educational and collective responsibility of stakeholders and active members. In the context of the present research, through a comparative study of the positions of the OECD and the National Dialogue Committee on Education, the convergence points of these are verified and refined through the views of teachers with the common goal of upgrading and modernizing education.
