Durch das Verhalten der Menschen ist die Erde in einem erbarmungswürdigen Zustand geraten. Obwohl er ein Teil von ihr ist, stellt er sich über sie. Er beutet sie aus und zerstört sie. Für die Probleme, die ihm dadurch entstehen, sucht der Mensch überwiegend technische und politische Lösungen. Solange er aber verkennt, dass es auch eine mentale Umweltverschmutzung gibt, und dass er sein Bewusstsein ändern muss, wird es keine Erfolge geben.Der Zusammenhang von Mensch und Natur, Mensch und Welt, wurde schon immer gesehen:bei Naturvölkern, in Religionen, Künsten und Philosophien.Man's behaviour has made the earth in a pitiful state. Although he is part of it, he stands above it. He exploits it and destroys it. To solve the problems of our earth people are primarily looking for technical and political solutions. But he ignores the mental pollution. The healing of the earth is only possible through a change in the spiritual domain. For many centuries there has been a reference to higher connections between people and the world; but modern man thinks he is free and independent.

Ursula Mühlenweg-Vogelsang ist graduierte Textildesignerin. Sie hat viele Jahre als Lehrerin an der Staatlichen Europaschule Berlin die Fächer Kunst und Politik unterrichtet. Nun arbeitet sie als Textilkünstlerin und Malerin in Berlin. Sie befasst sich seit vielen Jahren mit philosophischen und spirituellen Themen. In ihrem dreisprachigen Buch Imagination - Licht, Light, Lumière geht es um Kunst und Spiritualität. Das zweisprachige Buch Transformation -Heilung der Erde, Healing of the Earth behandelt die Beziehung des Menschen zur Natur. Ihr neues zweisprachiges Buch Impression - Der Geist der Farbe, Spirit of the Colour thematisiert die symbolische Bedeutung von Farben.
Ursula Mühlenweg-Vogelsang is a graduated textile designer. For many years she taught art and politics at the Staatliche Europaschule Berlin. Now she works as a textile artist and painter in Berlin. She has been dealing with philosophical and spiritual topics for many years.
Her trilingual book Imagination - Licht, Light, Lumière is about art and spirituality. The bilingual book Transformation - Heilung der Erde, Healing of the Earth deals with the relationship of humans to nature. Her new bilingual book Impression - Der Geist der Farbe, Spirit of the Colour addresses the symbolic meaning of colours.
