After serving fourteen years as Senior Pastor for New Life Assembly of God Church, David Land faced an experience that few ministers have faced, that of seeing his church building burn to the ground.

In an open, honest way, he shares his heart and the struggles he battled, in keeping a hurting congregation together, while building a new building in less than a year.

A gifted musician, growing up in Pomona, CA, he ministered in music, until he felt the Call of God to preach the Gospel as a young man.

David, and his wife, Nancy, have served in pastorates in the Pentecostal Church of God, and the Assemblies of God. He is well-known in the Mesa area for his Southern Gospel Concerts.
