About the author

Charmayne Hafen graduated from John Brown University with a degree in journalism. She also holds a master's degree in community counseling. She enjoys facilitating workshops in creative writing and runs therapeutic photography groups for teens teaching problem-solving skills while the kids learn camera techniques.
