About the author










Jessika Fuhrmaneck is a non-denominational writer and speaker. She has training certifications in the Strengthening Families and Communities program, Treasures Ministry, and Nola Brantley Speaks. By trade, she is an actress but has worked as a writer for several shows and productions. Jessika is a survivor of abuse and exploitation in the commercial sex trade and has spent the last decade advocating for women who have had similar experiences. She co-authored the derivative of Strengthening Families and Communities with the late Dr. Marylin Steele, which was used by over 700,000 facilitators to teach hundreds of thousands of parents. She has been a contributing writer for sites, including Identity Girls, Treasures Ministry, Two Wings, Project Cultivate, and PornScar. Jessika has also spoken at events and conferences around the country which includes appearances on tv, radio, and podcasts, such as Bloom Today, Beauty from the Ashes, LA Talk Radio, and UBN Radio. She is currently based out of Los Angeles, California.
