Vivian Yuan Yuan, Ph. D., is an Associate Researcher with the Culture Research Center of Shenzhen, China, and a part-time Assistant Professor at the Graduate Institute of Creative Industries Management, Shih Chien Unviercity, Taipei. Her research focuses on creative cities, creative industries management, culture policy and Chinese film.
