Araceli Almaraz Alvarado, PhD, is a Professor at El Colegio de la Frontera Norte. She is also a member of the National System of Mexican Researching, an associate editor for the Journal of Evolutionary Studies in Business, and a specialist in the History of Business.
Oscar Javier Montiel Méndez, PhD, is a Professor of Management at Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). Also a member of Mexico's National System of Researchers, he has authored several books on entrepreneurship. His research includes family business, and creativity in entrepreneurship.
