Informationen zum Autor A litterateur and a number cruncher, Dr Rachna Singh is an unusual blend of literary panache and financial acumen. With a masters and MPhil degree in English Literature and three gold medals for academic excellence under her belt, Singh was awarded the Nehru centenary scholarship to pursue a doctorate degree at Cambridge University. However, a capricious fate, beckoned and Singh joined the Indian Revenue Service in 1991. Dr Singh is well-versed in the intricacies of taxation, finance, economics, regulations and law, which she has been handling for 27 years. She is currently posted as Commissioner Income Tax at Delhi.
