Informationen zum Autor PETER R. BAEHR is Honorary Professor of Human Rights and a former Director of the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM) at Utrecht University. He has served as Staff Director and later member of the Netherlands Scientific Council for Government Policy (WRR) in The Hague. He is a member of the Commission on Human Rights of the Netherlands Advisory Council on International Affairs (AIV). He has been Professor of International Relations at the University of Amsterdam and Professor of Human Rights and Foreign Policy at Leiden University. MONIQUE CASTERMANS-HOLLEMAN is sometime Assistant Professor of Human Rights and Foreign Policy at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. Her publications include Human Rights in the Foreign Policy of the Netherlands (2002, with Peter R. Baehr and Fred Grünfeld).
