Informationen zum Autor Sabrina Ragone is an associate professor of comparative law at the University of Bologna. Previously, she was a senior research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg and at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies in Madrid. She has held positions as a researcher, lecturer and visiting professor in several academic institutions in France, Germany, Italy and Spain, as well as in Latin America and the United States. Her scholarship focuses on legal comparison intersecting constitutional law and the distribution of powers within domestic institutions.
