Peter Fajfar is Professor of Structural and Earthquake Engineering Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, University of Ljubljana. H. Krawinkler  was the John A. Blume Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, a position he assumed in 1991.
