About the author

Stacey has been in education for 15 years. She has taught kindergarten through fourth grade and currently teaches fourth grade reading and writing. In her spare time, she continues to write and share her books that instill life-long lessons. Each book focuses on a different positive character trait that she finds important to pass on to young readers. She has been married for 28 years to her high school sweetheart and has two amazing sons, who are the inspiration for her books. She adores her family and has fond memories of going on camping trips with family and friends when her boys were younger.
