We all want to make improvements in our lives. It's in our nature. So what's the hold-up? Day after day, we all do our best, but it feels like we're stuck sometimes in a steep uphill climb, not making any noticeable progress. If you feel like you're spinning your wheels, possibly getting yourself deeper in a hole, then you're not alone. More and more people are having a difficult time making ends meet, overcome with anxiety, while even fewer are getting ahead.
In the pages of this book, you will learn how to...

  • Identify the fears holding you back
  • Leverage daily good habits to build momentum
  • Upgrade your brain's wiring diagram for continued success
  • Use the proven B.O.W. (Believe, Observe, Will) framework for lasting improvement
In this insightful book, the author shares his own journey from a desperate starting point in his life toward a much happier place. BEGIN FROM WHERE YOU ARE will challenge you to believe lasting change is possible, observe how to get where you want to be, and finally harness the will to actually do it.
If you choose to humble yourself, if you believe that things can get better, if you earnestly seek to gain understanding of the steps needed, and if you're willing to take action today, not tomorrow, then you have a very good chance at reversing the downward spiral and finally living a life you love!
Are you willing to BEGIN FROM WHERE YOU ARE?
