About the author










Mr. Nguyen is a consultant to the International Trade Client Service Group. He assists clients in analyzing, negotiating and meeting compliance requirements associated with cross-border trade policy and regulation; the implications of U.S. bilateral, regional trade agreements; and World Trade Organization (WTO) rules. Mr. Nguyen has supported a range of WTO disputes including on U.S. broadcast copyright royalties, Philippine trade-related investment measures and others.

Prior to joining Bryan Cave in 2005, Mr. Nguyen managed a global law firm's WTO and trade advisory services in Washington D.C. and Geneva, Switzerland from 1998-2005. He also has assisted the WTO and U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Office to the WTO in Geneva from 1997-1998.

Mr. Nguyen is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and was a Fulbright Fellow at the National University of Singapore.
