About the author










Bill Lewis was one of the legendary Medway Poets group along with Billy Childish and Sexton Ming. He was also a founder member of the international art movement, Stuckism. His work has been published in magazines and journals in the USA, El Salvador, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and he has performed on BBC TV, Radio Kent and on radio stations in America, El Salvador and Australia. Many of his stories have been translated into French, Spanish and German. He was the first writer-in-residence at the Brighton Festival 1985 and the winner of the Medway Council Literature award 2012. In 1989 he performed his poetry in Nicaragua. He also lectures on Myth and Culture and has been guest lecturer at several US Universities.
