Time is running out. At least for Felix Winters it is. Sent to Earth on his first scouting mission, Felix has broken all sorts of rules since his arrival-he's made enemies, made friends, and his identity has not remained entirely secret. After stalling his return to his home planet, Bopton, several times, Felix finally decides he must leave Earth. But first, he plans on spending his last few weeks as a human at a summer camp with his friends: Camp Orion. But someone at camp is on to Felix, and the consequences could be devastating.
About the author
Michelle Brown lives in Portage, MI with her husband and two children. After earning her B.A. in English at Western Michigan University, she became a secondary English teacher, and she currently teaches high school English in a nearby school district. She went on to earn an M.A. at Western Michigan University and has tentative plans to pursue a doctorate in the future. When she's not writing, you can find her sipping on a cup of coffee, chasing around her two young children, developing projects for her students, or immersing herself in a new YA/middle grade novel. Her love of science fiction and deep interest in space led her to write her debut novel, Tales of an Alien Invader. She is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
