As a decentralized fund, CDF was established by the Kenyan government on the belief that the locals had a better understanding of community needs and realities. This saw the enactment of various CDF Acts 2003, 2007 and 2013. Sustainability of CDF funded projects has faced varied challenges in the past projects raising questions on its effectiveness in relation to the levels of stakeholder's involvement in it the processes. The objective of this study was therefore to investigate the role of stakeholders (CDFC, PMC and Community Members) involvement on sustainability of CDF projects with focus on Nakuru Town East constituency. The study target population was 254 with a sample size of 105. The study employed descriptive research design and used structured questionnaire for primary data collection. Data was collected from 75 respondents with dully filled questionnaire. This was analyzed using SPSS version 21 and presented using tables, charts and graphs. Multiple regression analysis was used to establish the influence of stakeholders' engagement on CDF project sustainability.
