Rot-8 is also Septopus-an octopus with only seven and a half tentacles. He is smarter, faster and braver than any other octopus or any other creature found in the sea, on land and in the air. With his faithful friend Tumboo the turtle and a beltful of tools, he can overpower all kinds of villains. When Rot-8 and Tumboo meet Pelli Dada, the pelican from Bangladesh, they get off to a flying start-Pelli Dada nearly makes off with Rot-8 in his beak in order to make a meal of him! But then they become friends, little knowing that a horrible gang of jewel thieves will soon create chaos at the Sea World. First Ms Noriko their Japanese lobster teacher goes missing, then Tumboo too vanishes. The only clues Rot-8 has are a starfish with her face buried in the sand and a chest full of false gems placed on the pool floor. Along with Pelli Dada he sets off to rescue his friend, but will he reach on time? Will he outwit the villains with his pirate disguise? And will Tumboo ever hand him the correct tool from his tool belt? Read Septopus's second super adventure to find out more.
