About the author

Michael I. Casher is a Clinical Associate Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Medical School.Joshua D. Bess is the Managing Partner and Medical Director of Seattle Neuropsychiatric Treatment Centre, and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Washington.
