Also, the book shows how was to carry out institutional analyze of regulatory frameworks applied to the natural gas sector in Brazil, as well as how was the methodology chosen in order to describe energy centres in some countries and how to get lessons from them.

About the author










Hirdan Katarina de Medeiros Costa holds Master and PhD Degree on Energy Issues from the University of Sao Paulo (USP). She is Post doctor in Sustainability and Energy. She holds an MS in Law from the University of Oklahoma, USA. She is Deputy Director and Project Coordinator of RCGI, and Collaborating Professor at Energy Program (USP).
