About the author
Mary Rozell is Global Head of the UBS Art Collection. An art lawyer and art historian, she has been an adviser to collectors, artists and estates on legal and strategic issues relating to the acquisition, management and de-accessioning of private art collections, and was previously the Director of Art Business at Sotheby's Institute of Art - New York. She is the author of numerous journal articles and catalogue essays and was formerly the Germany Correspondent for
TheArt Newspaper.
