Dr. Vicki Caruana is professor of education and Gifted Graduate Program Coordinator at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York. She taught gifted students in the K-12 environment in the areas of literacy and science and coordinated a middle school magnet program for gifted students in Florida.
