Changyun Jiang is Deputy Director, research fellow and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Industrial and Technological Economics, Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research, China.  
Qunlian Hong is associate research fellow at the Institute of Industrial and Technological Economics, Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research, China.
Ling Qiu is associate research fellow at the Institute of Industrial and Technological Economics, Chinese Academy of Macroeconomic Research, China.
