He is also Associate Editor of Japanese Economic Review and Managing Editor of Review of Development Economics. Prof. Choi has published in many top journals, including Economica, Journal of Development Economics , and International Economic Review. James Harrigan is a Senior Economist in the International Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
