About the author

Marcel Planellas has been a professor in the Department of Strategy and General Management at ESADE Business School (Ramon Llull University), Barcelona since 1986. As a consultant, he has directed strategy reflection processes and has worked as an independent board member.Anna Muni is Head of Strategy and Innovation at Batllegroup and a professor of Brand Strategy at BAU Centro Universitario de Diseño de Barcelona (University of Vic – Central University of Catalonia). She has worked on brand creation, strategy, and development for some of the leading names in the mass consumption, tourism, telecommunications, financial services, and public administration sectors.
