In her work with clients, Gayle makes use of cognitive behavioral therapy, Jungian principles, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR, body-centered psychotherapy, yoga, iRest yoga nidra meditation, and Imago marital therapy. Her expertise has proven helpful for clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship problems, and greater spiritual development. She lives and works outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
