Bunker, 1984-89 - Sammlung Cologne;sk Stiftun

Entre 1984 et 1989, le photographe a travaillé sur les bunkers en hauteur construits notamment pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il a photographié près de 700 d'entre eux dans une quarantaine de villes d'Allemagne de l'Ouest. Si la fonction de ces constructions en béton est alors controversée, B. Becker montre qu'elles témoignent de l'envergure des activités de construction pendant la guerre.
