Informationen zum Autor Winsome Pinnock's plays have been produced on the British stage and internationally since 1985. She was the first black British female writer to have a play produced by the National Theatre, and has worked as a dramaturg for the National Theatre and the Royal Court. Her work has received the Windham-Campbell Prize, the George Devine Award and the Alfred Fagon Award. In 2020, she was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. She has held senior academic posts at Royal Holloway University, Kingston University and Cambridge University.
