Robotic arm whose objective is to imitate the movements of a human arm using accelerometers as sensors for the data acquisition of the natural arm movements. This research work is based on the concept of controlling a specific wireless robotic arm using a "portable" controller, which is controlled by a human arm gestures. One of the major ideas behind this project is to introduce the concept of controller portability. In this work the controller is used as an Android app. Even if the controller doesn't have access to the Android device which has the controller app installed, the user can easily download the app and use it in any Android device, which has the following components: Accelerometer, Orientation Sensor and Bluetooth module.

Debmitra Das bagged her M.Tech, MCA from MAKAUT, West Bengal, having 3 years of teaching experience. Both holds editor/ reviewer ship of many reputed journals.
