In this volume, authors extended the analysis of ERP systems with other interesting aspects as well as with a study on how the ERP beneficially influences the activity of other professions, this time in the public sector. Daniel Pavaloaia and Doina Fotache are Professors of BIS at Al.I.Cuza University of Iasi, România, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Luminita Hurbean is Professor of BIS at the West University of Timisoara, România, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Their research interests include BIS, ERP, CRM, SCM, BI.
