Summary

The Training and Performance Records (TPR) for commercial apprentices studying for the Federal VET Diploma “Services and Administration” (S&A) contain all the basic information that future professionals will need for their work based training and the industry courses, as well as for the work-based part of the qualification procedure of the commercial training and examination branch S&A. The TPR are to be used as a manual for work-based training. They are also the official teaching material for industry courses. The individual chapters summarise all branch-specific
contents and specifications in a compact form.

The TPR introduce learners and trainers to all elements of work-based training and the work-based qualification procedure. They apply both to the three-year work-based training course and to the long-term traineeship within the framework of school-based training at a cantonal commercial school or a private commercial college.

To complement these TPR, Konvink provides trainees with an attractive digital learning environment that also promotes the development of competence at the host company.
