This paper will show how the strategies of business leas a firm to improve its performance to accomplish a success. Business strategy is a long term plan of action designed to achieve a certain goals for an organization. Business strategies created to create tomorrow's organization out of today. Strategic planning take holistic view of the performance of an organization. Business success does not happen by an accident, it requires careful though planning, and following a specific success strategy. So, each firms has a specific strategies to achieve their goals and success. This study aim's for this study are, to get knowledge about business strategy for enterprises, also to know what the relationship between strategy and performance, and to learn about the impact of business strategy of enterprises and whether they are leading into achieve the goals of an organization. In this research, the researcher will go to find out how does strategy effect on the performance of the enterprises. Also, aware if the enterprises in Sultanate of Oman set a strategy which help its to reach the goals and vision of the firm.
