A P Simester is Provost's Chair at the National University of Singapore and the Edmund-Davies Professor of Criminal Law at King's College London.
J R Spencer is Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Cambridge, Emeritus Fellow of Selwyn College and a Bye-Fellow at Murray Edwards College, Cambridge.
F Stark is University Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow of Jesus College, Cambridge.
