This book equips nurses and allied health professionals with the knowledge and skills to undertake a comprehensive holistic assessment to identify the physical, psychological and social impact of living with arthritis. About the author
Sarah Ryan is a Professor of Rheumatology Nursing at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She is also course director of a MSc in Rheumatology Nursing Practice and the ASPiRE degree level modules. She is nurse tutor for EULAR (European League Against Rheumatism). Sarah is editor of the journal Musculoskeletal Care, and has written 19 book chapters and edited a textbook on drug therapy for rheumatology nurses. She has 67 publications in peer review journals. In 2003 Sarah was made a fellow of the Royal College of Nursing.
