Dr. Satoru Kaneko is a research scientist at the Kanagawa Industrial Technology Center in Kanagawa, Japan.

 Dr. Paolo Mele is an associate professor at Muroran Institute of Technology in the Research Center for Environmentally Friendly Materials Engineering in Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan. Dr. David Hui is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Tetsuo Tsuchiya is a research scientist at National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and technology in Tsukuba, Japan. Dr. Katsuhisa Tanaka is a professor in Kyoto University's Graduate School of Engineering's Department of Material Chemistry in Kyoto, Japan. Dr. Masahiro Yoshimura is a professor at National Cheng Kung University's Department of Materials Science and Engineering in Taiwan. Dr. Tamio Endo is a researcher at Sagamihara Surface Treatment Laboratory in Kamimizo, Kanagawa, Japan.
